About this role:

As an Ethics & Compliance Officer, you will join a dedicated team of professionals striving to improve our Ethics & Compliance program continuously. That means setting up and supervising internal controls, policies, and procedures, supervising and investigating whistleblowing issues, and training employees on ethics and compliance topics, such as anti-bribery and corruption.

As a true business partner, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the business. Translating our strategy into tactics and operational solutions, you will play a vital role in enabling us to implement our compliance program and ethical standards globally.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

Triage, monitor, and investigate cases that come through our Speak Up / whistleblowing hotline
Implement compliance initiatives in close collaboration with key stakeholders worldwide
Execute procedures on anti-bribery and corruption, gifts and hospitality, conflicts of interest, and sanctions
Contribute to the global compliance reporting and risk framework
Assist with the development of compliance training and awareness programs, including e-learning
Support the review of the Code of Conduct and other key ethics and compliance policies in line with industry standards, best practices, and regulations.
Foster a culture of ethics by promoting open communication, ethical decision-making, and a commitment to integrity throughout the organization.

What will you bring to the table?

Proven experience in Ethics & Compliance, Internal Investigations, Audit, Risk, Change Management or a similar role
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, law, or a related field or relevant certification (e.g. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional, Certified Fraud Professional) is advantageous.
A hard-working and upbeat attitude toward your role and the flexibility to thrive in an ever-changing and dynamic environment
Great stakeholder management and the ability to connect and communicate with different audiences
Excellent English language skills (written & spoken), additional language skills are highly valued
An independent approach while being a true team player
