Job Description

As Lead CDD Procedures & Guidance you will manage the W&R CDD Procedures & Guidance team, which is responsible for writing and maintaining global CDD procedural and supplemental documentation for W&R globally.

Top responsibilities

You will be manager of the Procedure and Guidance team and will participate in the CDD W&R MT. And represent CDD W&R in all 2LoD/audit queries related to procedures.
Responsible for the maintenance and strengthening of the W&R CDD procedure & guidance framework.
Ensure fit-for-purpose CDD procedures that are applicable globally and which help to ensure full compliance with all applicable FEC Standards.
Be a primary contact for strategic initiatives and escalations concerning the CDD procedural framework.
Work close with key stakeholders, both globally and in each region, to ensure solutions fit with local regulatory requirements and strengthen one way of working within FEC W&R.
Own, lead and manage findings relating to CDD W&R procedures and collaborate with Retail procedures teams to promote consistency.
Work on continuous improvement plan to improvement procedural efficiencies.

You and your talent

Education/work and attitude level: Master degree with around 15 years of experience;
Experience in an international (wholesale) environment, preferably in the FEC domain;
In depth knowledge of money laundering, terrorism finance and sanctions laws and regulations;
Experience in leading larger projects, lead more complex procedures writing projects etc. combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Ability to oversee and coordinate team activities, manage competing priorities and to coach colleagues to grow;
Excellent stakeholder management skills;
A critical mind-set with a hands-on approach, pro-active and can-do attitude;
Experience with Agile/Scrum.
