Project Coordinator

Zanders is growing fast and is expanding its Project Control team. Therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic all-rounder to join us on this unique journey.
Your role
As a Project Coordinator within Zanders you have, together with the rest of the Group Project Office (GPO) Team, a joint responsibility for the full project administration, for all Zanders offices worldwide.
Together with the team you will be in control of opportunities and projects, monitor our processes, take care of our customer portals and monitor our incoming cashflow. Your attention to detail will help you ensure that all information delivered is correct and complete. You will also ensure an accurate input into our system. Stakeholder management is key in this role, internally and externally so it helps if you are communicative and customer-oriented.
Skills to be successful
- You have MBO level 3 or 4 or comparable education levels.
- Some relevant experience is good, but motivation and willingness to learn and result oriented are more important!
- Able to work very accurate in a dynamic working environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and good communication skills.
- English and Dutch (Preferably fluent Dutch but alternatively advanced level understanding and reading).
- Attention to detail and strong process-based and analytical skills.
- Experience with SAP ByDesign is an advantage.
This position can be filled Full-time or Part-time
